We kindly ask that if you wish to change or cancel your appointment to let us know no later than 24 hours’ in advance. We are self-employed so ‘no-shows’ and late cancellations have a big impact on our personal income, as the time reserved for your service is difficult to fill. For this reason, if 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged, regardless of the reason an late cancellation fee at your next appointment. **The late cancellation fee amounts 50% of the appointment you’ve booked**.

If after your appointment you are not totally satisfied with your hair, we ask you to please contact the salon or our customer services within 14 days of your appointment. We will plan a new appointment to amend or re-do the treatment. We do not give refunds as that does not solve the issue. If you return after the 14 days, normal charges will apply. If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself, or with a third party, this guarantee no longer applies.

No show same policy as the hair appointments
We offer a one-week guarantee on your nails, which covers chipping, breaking, or issues with undried gel colour within the first week. However, this guarantee does not cover: - Peeling or picking at your nails - Accidental impact or self-inflicted damage If you're not completely satisfied with the shape or overall result of your nails, please let us know while you're still at the salon. We're happy to make any adjustments at that time. 
Please note, after your appointment or beyond the 1-week guarantee period, we are unable to offer free adjustments or repairs. 
To ensure we provide you with the best service, please be sure to select the appropriate options when booking your appointment. This includes choosing services for nail designs or nail repairs (such as broken nails). Unfortunately, if these services are not selected at the time of booking, we will not be able to accommodate them during your scheduled appointment. 
Please note, after your appointment or beyond the 1-week guarantee period, we are unable to offer free adjustments or repairs. 
For the health and safety of all clients, we are unable to provide nail services if you have any fungal infections, diseases, or visible health concerns affecting your nails. If you are experiencing any issues, we recommend seeking treatment from a medical professional before booking your appointment.
