We kindly ask that if you wish to change or cancel your appointment to let us know no later than 24 hours’ in advance. We are self-employed so ‘no-shows’ and late cancellations have a big impact on our personal income, as the time reserved for your service is difficult to fill. For this reason, if 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged, regardless of the reason an late cancellation fee at your next appointment. **The late cancellation fee amounts 50% of the appointment you’ve booked**.

If after your appointment you are not totally satisfied with your hair, we ask you to please contact the salon or our customer services within 14 days of your appointment. We will plan a new appointment to amend or re-do the treatment. We do not give refunds as that does not solve the issue. If you return after the 14 days, normal charges will apply. If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself, or with a third party, this guarantee no longer applies.
